Xeo-Voice is a freeware program and server for speech synthesis, reciting poetry and vocalizing music that can also record the sound to a file. Tatar language (cyrillic alphabet 1939) is supported.
By default the stress falls to the last syllable of the word, else add the backquote after the stressed vowel, for example: alma = apple, a`lma = do not take.

To input the text through the keyboard, the program Xeo-Voice 1.x uses two standard layots: english and english-russian. On the base of UTF-8 table the special alphabet was created for tatar language.

The alphabet 2013 contains the symbols which are necessary for the correct recording, the reading and the pronunciating of the texts in tatar language. 4 encodings are supported.
The encoding cyr-2013 is completely based on the cyrillic alphabet, the encoding lat-2013 - on the latin alphabet. In the encoding eng-rus-2013 (english-russian layot), instead of the cyrillic symbols, which are not present in the russian alphabet, the letters from the english alphabet are taken. In the encoding eng-2013 (english layot) all symbols are replaced by the english letters and their combinations.
All encodings 2013 are completely convertible among themselves. It is possible to enter the symbols in english or english-russian layot and then to encode the text into cyrillic or latin alphabet, and on the contrary.
Letters Ё ё, Ю ю, Я я were liquidated. Combinations of the letter Й й and a corresponding vowel by phonetic transcription are used instead of them. The writing of 3 old letters are changed: Е е on Ě ě, И и on Ӥ ӥ, Ы ы on Ӹ ӹ. 4 letters are added: Ғ ғ, Қ қ, Ў ў and new Ы ы. Read more in the notes below.

It is needed to appreciate that the case of the letters is lost while encoding into the arabic alphabet.

The notes:
[1] The writing of the old tatar letter Ы ы is changed on Ӹ ӹ. On its place the new letter Ы ы as the russian letter Ы ы was added, for example: музыка (music), балӹк (fish), etc.
[2] The new letter Ғ ғ as the old tatar letter Гъ гъ was added, for example: мәғлүмат (information), сәғәт (hour), etc.
[3] The new letter Қ қ as the old tatar letter Kъ къ was added, for example: шәфқәт (mercy), пақ (clean), etc. It is possible to write К к before the letters А а, О о, У у, Ы ы, Ӹ ӹ, Э э, the letter is automatically changing on Қ қ by default, for example: кар (snow) = қар, but Нәфкәт <> Нәфқәт.
[4] The new letter Ў ў as the english letter W w was added. It is a semivowel, for example: таў (mountain), аўӹл (village), дөў (big), etc.
[5] The writing of the old tatar letter И и was changed on Ӥ ӥ, for example: кӥт (go away), тӥр (sweat), etc.
[6] The writing of the old tatar letter Е е was changed on Ě ě. The letter Ě ě is used only as a vowel, not as a digraph, for example: ěш (work), йěгěт (guy), etc.
[7] The tatar letter Ъ ъ is used only as the arabian or russian hamza (a short pause), for example: Көръән, нěъа, etc.
[8] The tatar letter Э э is used only as the russian letter Э э, for example: Эмма (Emma), экскаватор (dredge), etc.
[9] The tatar letter Ч ч corresponds only to the russian letter Ч ч, and the tatar letter Щ щ corresponds only to the russian letter Щ щ, for example: почта (mail), чěмпион (champion), щӹг (go out), өщ (three), etc.
[10] In the encoding eng-rus-2013 the upper-case leter H (h) is occupied with the cyrillic Н (н), therefore, instead of the latin H, the letter Y was taken, for example: Yям (and), Yяр (everyone), etc.
[11] In the encoding eng-2013 the vowels A' a', O' o', U' u', I' i', Y' y', E' e' are possible to be written as Ah ah, Oh oh, Uh uh, Ih ih, Yh yh, Eh eh respectively. Such the writing is used before vowels and in the words with specified stresses, for example: uh`tma' (do not pass), tuh`gel (not), etc.
[12] In the encoding lat-2013 it is allowed to write ı instead of ǐ, but it is prohibited to write I instead of Ǐ.
[13] In the encoding lat-2013 it is allowed to write ħ instead of ȟ.

There is no russian letters е, ё, и, ю, я in tatar alphabet 2013, but it is possible to write russian names, surnames and other words with palatalisation (softness). The soft sign is used in the encodings eng-rus-2013 and eng-2013 for this. Instead of е it is written the digraph ье ('e), instead of ё - ьо ('o), instead of и - ьи ('i), instead of ю - ьу ('u), instead of я - ьа ('a). It is needed to keep in mind, that there is no front-side letters in russian alphabet, that's why, to exclude the front-side consonants, it is needed to write the soft sign before vowels е (e), и (i). The remark: The automatical replacing the combination of letters ьě ('e) on е (ê), ьо ('o) on ё (ô), ьӥ ('i) on и (î), ьӹ ('y') on ӭ (ŷ), ьу ('u) on ю (û), ьа ('a) on я (â) is supported in the encodings cyr-2013 and lat-2013. The symbols Е е (Ê ê), Ё ё (Ô ô), И и (Î î), Ӭ ӭ (Ŷ ŷ), Ю ю (Û û), Я я (Â â) are digraphs, are absent in the encodings eng-2013 and eng-rus-2013, executes exclusively a decorative function, are not considered as the independent letters, are used only for palatalisation (softness), not for yotation.
